The map can be used in many different ways: for positioning groups and teams, for individual coaching in decision-making or crisis situations and in change processes.

Based on classic 4-field models (such as the SWOT analysis), for example, the current status, opportunities, risks and target status can be worked out.

The decisive advantage of this map, however, is that the special way it is designed brings lightness, curiosity and creativity ‘into play’ all by itself.
